Smashed Avocado

WHAT I LOVE: You can never get sick of this green stuff.  Its a nutritional power house.  1/2 a cup will provide 2gm of protein, 14gm of fat and 8gm of fibre. I must also mention that the fat content is high BUT its most good monounsaturated fat which your body loves.

YOU'LL NEED​
  • 1 smashed avocado
  • 1 crushed garlic 
  • squeeze of Lemon juice
  • S&P
DIRECTIONS
  1. add everything into a bowl and smash with a fork.
  2. place into a glass air tight container. It should stay fresh for 2 days.
SERVING SUGGESTION
lovely with chopped vege sticks, used as a salad dressing, topped onto streamed vegetables, nachos or used as a dip.....the options are endless.
