Ready to embrace your Peri-Menopause window?
Peri-menopause starts slowly in your mid forties but it can also be earlier or later as we are all unique gorgeous beings. Just like your 11 or 12-year-old self was asking when will my period come? Remember we all had varying starting times and also felt different symptoms, it’s just the same as we embark on the other end of being a gorgeous woman. This completely natural process continues and signifies post menopause once our period is absent for a year you’re generally in your early 50’s.
So, the nitty gritty of it all is the main symptoms that get talked about at the water cooler or over coffee are hot flushes, dreaded weight gain, joint/muscle pain and reduced sleep quality. Are any of those making you put your hand up in the air?
While those are the main ones there are definitely more.
I want to be super transparent with you, this peri phase does make us vulnerable. Hence why we can get emotional, have a short fuse and is the time when auto-immune disease states can appear. Our brain and body are going through a massive re-wiring and withdrawal from estrogen and progesterone.
It’s kinda a big deal.
If you would like to understand this phase of your life I have created a Kick Starter Pack. It’s yours for free , the more people I can educate the better.
I’m super passionate about helping women like you embrace our peri moment and learn to thrive and transform through the process.
Please remember you can absolutely deal with your pain, your changing body and still feel the joy, it just takes time, planning and awareness to know how to look after yourself.
