Fiona will gently take you through 6 key areas that feed into your wellness.  The method is simple, we start with awareness leading to assessing the step then you make your personal adjustment. 

Over the 12 weeks you will understand the importance of making time to increase awareness of your life style and diet habits, you'll be supported by Fiona and the other women and will be lovingly encouraged to make sustainable changes.

This online program shares, supports  and inspires you through teachings, wisdom and nutritional science.  Module by module you'll create your own personalised self care routine.You'll get clear, on what your body needs to thrive, so by the time we’re done - you will have a well grounded routine that makes you feel good and utilise this learnt skill for the long term.  
Module 1
The importance of proactive hydration
Bring awareness to all liquids you consume, & how they make you feel. Learn the importance of proactive hydration, establish your baseline & create the steps towards your individual hydration set point.

MODULE 2
Incorporating Breath work + Movement

Getting a good nights sleep

  1. Sign into a secure portal either from your computer or mobile. Easily review the content and track assigned tasks and goals to keep you on track.
  2. Course content delivered in a variety of mediums including videos, PDFs, text documents, worksheets, powerpoint presentations, and nutrition resources.
  3. Fortnightly group Zoom calls with Fiona.
  4. Chat online with other group members to support and ask questions.

  • It takes time to recover and feel good again; hence why this self paced 12 week online program gives you time to learn the 6 principals of health and wellness.
  • Our course content covers a variety of information that suits the majority of situations, at times there will be idiosyncrasies and Fiona is available for consultations on more complicated issues. ​
  • A detailed questionnaire will be required to be completed so we can work effectively.
