WHAT I LOVE: This is a super easy way to amplify nutrition and add flavour to any meal. Herbs contain an array of vitamins and minerals great for your bodily systems and supportive cofactors for your skeletal system. Having it pre chopped means you are more likely to use it. You can use any mix of herbs; I like Parsley (great for bad breath), Mint (calms digestion) and Thyme (potent anti-oxidant).
Use just like salt & pepper. Sprinkle over any savoury meal to add instant natural flavour. Add to sauces, over salads, in savoury muffins, dips, over pieces of meat or vegetarian meals and I personally love it over my eggs.
