3 Egg Omelette
WHAT I LOVE: This recipe is a power packed breakfast that will recharge and get that skip into your step. 1 egg is about 6gm of protein so your looking at 18gms plus contains 13 essential vitamins and minerals. The one cup of veges adds fibre to your meal which is important for healthy bowel function, prevents constipation, and other painful digestive problems . Breakfast is an important meal of the day, always plan and make time to prepare a meal that suits you and your day.
My favourite combos are: (1) Spinach, tomato and cheese, (2) Spinach, chopped mushrooms and spring onions, (3) Peas (mix into egg mixture) tomatoes and parsley. (4) feta, tomato and basil.
