Do you agree that women entering midlife can arrive at this pivotal time in their lives exhausted, depleted and out of touch with their bodies? I’ve noticed that we end up in a place where we happily serve everybody else but can’t find the space and time to tend to our own needs.
This year I’ve practised more and more putting myself first, making sure I’m tending, tweaking and learning about me. I’ve noticed with my self- care I’m good at some parts but struggle with others. This is ok, it’s just required me to make a smaller adjustments. That’s why in my 12 week Meno-flourish Program I’ve designed it so you make your unique changes that suit you. I provide the vessel to guide you but through your own awareness, your own assessment you are then able to make your own adjustment. This makes it unique to you. You are more likely to succeed because the reasoning and change comes from YOU not because that’s the next step in the program. It’s a life style skill that you will use for a life time.
